Tuscany Farmhouse is located in the heart of Maremma, a vast territory between Tuscany and Lazio, which overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea. The property is a Ente Maremma building dating from the beginning of the 900 totally renovated and expanded. The house is located on a hill with a magnificent 360 ° view allowing you to admire the promontory of Argentario and the islands of Giannutri and Giglio. Nestled in a classic rural setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a large garden and also has a swimming pool and bowling green.
The building is on two floors: the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room and two double rooms with bath.
