Ferrara is a city located in the North-East of Italy, in the region called Emilia-Romagna.
Because of the beauty and cultural importance of its Historical Center, in 1995, UNESCO classified Ferrara in the “World Heritage Mankind” list, defining it as "...a fine example of a town planned in the Renaissance that has managed to retain the integrity of its historic centre".
